This week, Premium Event Services had the opportunity to join our Hosts Global colleagues, clients and partners in Alaska for the 2026 Hosts Global Forum.

Between destination discovery appointments, conversations with planners from across the industry, and some truly incredible Alaskan experiences, we came home with new relationships, new ideas and a whole lot of inspiration.

One of the things we love most about being part of the Hosts Global alliance is the opportunity to experience destinations the same way we want our clients to experience Detroit — through the people who know them best.

Today we’re celebrating Olivia’s 1-year anniversary as a full-time Project Manager at Premium Event Services. ✨

If you know Olivia, you know she’s always moving.
A new city. A new concert. A new experience. A new question. Usually 47 new questions. 😅

And honestly? That curiosity is a huge part of what makes her so good at what she does.

She genuinely wants to understand every detail, every moving piece, and every possible scenario, because she cares deeply about getting things right for our clients, our guests, and our team.

Over the last year, Olivia has continued to grow into an incredibly important part of our operation, helping support transportation logistics, rooming coordination, airport arrivals, onsite ex*****on, and the countless behind-the-scenes details that keep programs moving smoothly.

But beyond the logistics side, she brings energy, personality, thoughtfulness, and a willingness to keep learning every single day.

That mindset matters in this industry.

We’re incredibly proud of everything she’s accomplished during her first year in this role, and we’re lucky to have her on this journey with us.
