Starting soon, you’ll need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or another acceptable form of identification to fly within the U.S. or access certain federal facilities. Don’t wait until it’s too late!

Here’s what you need to do:
1. Check your license – look for the star!
2. Gather the required documents (proof of identity, Social Security number, and two proofs of residency).
3. Visit your local Secretary of State or DMV office to upgrade.
