BRIDAL STYLIST/ASSISTANT MANAGER

As a small boutique, we pride ourselves on creating a fun, supportive, and professional environment where every team member is valued. While previous sales or bridal experience is a plus, we are more than happy to train the right candidate who shares our enthusiasm and dedication to exceptional customer service.
As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the store, including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Your ability to lead by example and motivate the team will be essential in creating a positive and productive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Fashion & Style: A great sense of style and a passion for fashion—particularly bridal wear!
Personality: Outgoing, friendly, confident, and patient with clients.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay on top of various tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: A collaborative attitude, knowing how to work together with others while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Proactive: Someone who can take initiative and manage tasks without needing constant supervision.
Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays.
