Happening at The Anderson Center on Friday, June 19th! 💙 If you have never been to a songwriters round before, then you are in for a treat with this lineup. This show will be fantastic.
We will have food trucks so you can grab a meal while you enjoy hearing the story behind the song.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Webb Glanton Foundation.

We have space available now & some that will be available by May. If you have been thinking of starting a business or moving your home business out of your home we can help!
Rentals available or coming available include:
🔵 (1) 800 sf with one wall full of windows providing lots of natural light. It has a small sink and cabinetry.
🔵 (1) 400 sf space that is currently a licensed tattoo studio. It has a mop & hand sink with hot water. This room is located at the back of the building with easy access in & out!
🔵 (1) 800 sf space that is currently being used for an art studio providing homeschool classes throughout the year.

📢UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT!📢

The Anderson Center went under new ownership 12/1/26. The new owners are Thomas Mandy Cottrell. They are excited about their new business adventure and the future business vision they have for this nostalgic venue.

Thomas and Mandy have been married for 27 years. They have 3 amazing daughters with 1 son-in love & 1 soon to be son-in-love. They have 6 perfect grands that promoted them to Mimi & Poppie! They thank God for the family they are blessed with. You are likely to find any of their crew working around the center!!
🌷Mandy is likely who you will talk to if you contact The Anderson Center. She loves all things events & helping people with their vision. She works full time in project controls. She owns Mimi's Decor & More and provides florals, decor, and coordinating services for weddings and events as well as florist services!
🐃Thomas takes care of all things maintenance. You might not always see him but he's the one fixing and upgrading all the things! Thomas has a full time job at a local plant in maintenance. His passion is raising cattle. Their farm is Hurricane Creek Brangus. He raises top notch Brangus cattle for herd replacement.
❤️ Together they have a strong vision for the future of The Anderson Center. They will be hosting weddings and providing multiple spaces for smaller events. They want to fill all of vendor hallway with small businesses. Their ultimate goal is to tie the center back in with the community!

Under the new management the future for Anderson Center is very exciting. It will be much more than just weddings. It will be a building full of small businesses. A venue providing concerts, vendor markets, and other community events. Follow our page to keep up with the exciting plans and future activities!!!
