This Thanksgiving season, volunteers from Nuvision Credit Union, the The Anchorage Fire Department, Matson in Alaska and the Peppercini’s Catering team came together to serve something truly special — a full Thanksgiving lunch at Central Middle School of Science & Tyson Elementary School for nearly 1,000 students and staff!

Peppercini’s proudly prepared a delicious holiday meal featuring turkey, ham, stuffing, buttered corn, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie. It wasn’t just about the food — it was about showing students that they’re supported, valued, and cared for by their community.

This tradition started three years ago at William Tyson Elementary, and now it’s grown to include three Anchorage schools — and we couldn’t be more honored to be a part of it. The smiles, the full bellies, and the warm hearts made it a day to remember.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen — we are so grateful to stand alongside amazing partners and continue building lasting connections through food and kindness.

Last night’s Taste the Talent event at 49th State Brewing - Anchorage was packed with flavor, fun, and future chefs! Peppercini’s Catering was proud to take part in this incredible evening supporting King Tech High School and Anchorage’s up-and-coming culinary students.
We served up two crowd-pleasing bites: our signature salmon spread on fresh pita and a sneak preview of our new Mini Gyros—a hit among attendees! 🎉
This event was the first of its kind, and raised more than $96,000 to start a scholarship fund for students who want to attend UAA: University of Alaska Anchorage and work on a degree in hospitality or culinary arts. Peppercini's is proud to raise awareness for the culinary program at King Tech that inspires the next generation of Alaska’s kitchen creatives. A huge thanks to everyone who stopped by to taste, support, and celebrate!
