What does the Incredible Hulk have to do with Senator Ted Stevens? Quite a bit, actually!

Senator Stevens was known for wearing his famous Incredible Hulk necktie when he was gearing up for a particularly tough fight on behalf of Alaska. It became one of his most recognizable traditions during his decades in the U.S. Senate.

So when we helped produce the USS Ted Stevens Meet the Sailors celebration on Anchorage's Delaney Park Strip, a Hulk-themed photo booth was a fun way to pay tribute to that memorable piece of his personality and legacy!

For a client, we turned that question into an interactive experience. Guests were invited to write down an idea, hope, or commitment for their community, then “plant” it in a garden display alongside ideas from other attendees.

We love engagement activities that aren’t just something to do; they connect directly to the purpose of the event and give guests a meaningful way to be part of the conversation.

Sometimes the simplest ideas become the most meaningful parts of an event!

At this conference, attendees were invited to write their own messages of hope, which were rolled into tiny notes and collected throughout the event. At the end, guests received a message written by someone else to take home with them.
