We are closed at this point. Convenient, free on-site parking for tenants and guests is achieved with 104 parking spaces, with four of those spaces being ADA accessible, adjacent to the building entrance. Conveniently located off of C Street and Dowling, we are able to accommodate up to 115 people. We have a catering kitchen where you can supply your own food or contact a caterer of your choice. W
e are able to accommodate guest functions on any day and time. The Megan Room amenities include coffee/tea/water service, access to the catering kitchen, Wi-Fi, projector screens, whiteboard/markers, and full audio and video capabilities. Guests will also have access to our patio, BBQ grill, and fully landscaped outdoor area that can be incorporated into any event.
