ablespoons. Our salsa and seasonings are one of a kind. Our pinto beans are made fresh, never from a can, our red chile is made with New Mexico Red Chile and we use Hatch, NM green chile. This is how our grandmothers did it, and that is how we will prepare it for you, no shortcuts. We believe in supporting our local economy, so our corn and flour tortillas are locally made by Taco-Loco and our earth friendly paper products are supplied by Green Alaska Solutions LLC.
