Great Alaska Duck Race The 2025 Great Alaska Duck Race is a fundraiser hosted by Alaska EXCEL for non profit organizations Sept 13th 12pm-2pm at Kings Landing.

Great Alaska Duck Race is an annual event in downtown Anchorage. Purchase a ticket in our website to participate and support Alaskan non profits. Your ticket number will correlate to a number on a tagged rubber duck. We will drop 6,000 rubber ducks off of the bridge into Ship Creek. The fastest ducks across the finish line will win cash prizes. Grand Prize for $20 ticket winner is $10,000. The day

of the event we will have a DJ set up at Kings Landing playing music and announcing the race. Race tickets will be sold until 12:00pm, purchase duck souvenirs such as hats and duck calls, there will be a Crepes de Paris Food Truck! Our mascot Lucky the Duck will be available for photos and fun. Please come join us at the race!
