The creative intention behind Dream Arch’s newest extension, the Snack Shack Bar, was to create more than just a food station: it was designed as an experience. We wanted to bring people together through interactive, elevated snack offerings that spark conversation, create memorable moments, and add another layer of hospitality to every event.

The Snack Shack Bar blends thoughtful styling with customizable menu options, allowing guests to engage, indulge, and enjoy a unique experience that complements the overall event design. Just like every Dream Arch creation, it is intentionally curated to be both functional and beautiful, leaving a lasting impression long after the celebration ends. Interactive food experiences and styled snack stations have become increasingly popular because they encourage guest engagement and create memorable event moments.

Tank you, Lisa & Ryan, for trusting my creative vision and allowing me the freedom to explore something different. Rather than opting for a traditional wedding dessert bar, you embraced the idea of creating an interactive Snack Shack Bar experience and gave me the opportunity to bring this concept to life. An incredible turnout powered by a true DREAM TEAM. Executing a full transformation in just a 3-hour setup. Transparency - while we highlight the 3-hour setup, the truth is the day didn’t end there. It was closer to an 18-hour day of full service — setup, on-site coordination, venue tear-down, inventory count, packing, and cleaning. The work doesn’t stop when the event ends as it continues behind the scenes to ensure every detail is accounted for and every space is reset with care.

From two custom entryway designs, a luxe tablescape for 75 guests, dreamy ceremony draping, a beautifully styled sweetheart table, and our interactive Snack Shack Bar where every detail came together seamlessly. Proud of what we created alongside Dream Arch Styling & Party Planning and our extension, Snack Shack Bar bringing vision, design, and ex*****on all into one unforgettable event.

There’s something incredibly special about styling a wedding day. ✨

What guests experience in a few short hours is the result of months of planning, countless details, and a vision carefully brought to life. From the ceremony backdrop, to the entrance signs, to the florals, to the snack shack bar, to the chairs and to the reception tables, every element is intentionally designed to reflect the couple’s story and create an atmosphere where memories can be made.

At DREAM ARCH, we believe timeless design never goes out of style. Our approach to wedding styling is centered around clean lines, classic looks, and intentional details that allow the beauty of the celebration to shine. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on creating refined and elegant spaces that feel effortless, sophisticated, and memorable.

As designers, we love transforming empty spaces into meaningful experiences by layering textures, florals, lighting, and personalized details to create a celebration that feels uniquely theirs. Seeing everything come together and watching loved ones gather, celebrate, and connect is what makes this work so rewarding.

So excited to officially introduce the newest extension of DREAM ARCH — our Pop of Blooms Flower Bar 🌸💫

Getting to work our very first flower bar event at 32 weeks pregnant made this launch even more meaningful. Watching guests create their own beautiful bouquets and seeing the smiles, conversations, and connections it inspired reminded me exactly why I love creating intentional experiences.

The feedback from our first client and their guests was everything we hoped for and more. This interactive addition brings a unique touch to celebrations, allowing everyone to take home a little piece of the event with them.
