A grand 7th debut birthday 👸

•👑 DANIELA’S QUINCEAÑERA 👑•

This one feels a little extra special. 🤍 We started planning Daniela’s Quinceañera when I was 30 weeks pregnant, dreaming up the details, colors, around the world theme, design, and all the little moments that would eventually bring her celebration to life.

Fast forward to just two months postpartum, and we finally had the opportunity to step into the space and style everything we had envisioned for months. And somehow, it turned out even better than I could have imagined. 🥹 Conrad built an incredible 20-foot focal display, including five brand-new custom 3D fabrications created specifically for this celebration. What you see on event day is only a small part of what goes into bringing a Dream Arch design to life. We don’t just plan and style an event. We design, fabricate, build, paint, load, deliver, install, touch up, style, and tear everything back down once the celebration is over. There are countless hours of work behind the scenes before we ever arrive at the venue.

There’s something incredibly rewarding about seeing a design go from conversations and inspiration photos to sketches, sourcing, planning, and finally, a completely transformed room filled with family, laughter, and celebration.

Daniela’s Quinceañera was a reminder of how much can happen between the beginning of an idea and the moment it finally comes to life. For us, this celebration carried a little extra meaning because Dream Arch continued creating through such a big season of life for our own family. So proud of how this one came together and incredibly grateful to Luis, Orellys, and Daniela for trusting us with such an important milestone.

Sometimes the best plans begin with one simple question: “What if we did it differently?” 🤍

We’re incredibly appreciative of Marissa & Alex for trusting our advice and allowing us to think beyond a traditional wedding venue.

What began as an hour-long conversation; deep diving into their options, aesthetic, overall experience, and what they truly wanted their wedding day to feel like eventually turned into an idea:

Why not move the entire celebration somewhere unexpected?

Instead of a traditional venue setting, we suggested transforming their wedding into an intimate micro wedding inside Sullivan’s Steakhouse. Creating an experience that felt warmer, cozier, and centered around the people who mattered most.

The result was an intimate celebration where Marissa & Alex could settle in with their closest family and friends, enjoy an exceptional dinner, an open bar, and most importantly, actually be present and enjoy their wedding day.

It was nontraditional. It was intimate. And it felt completely intentional.

We love when our role extends beyond simply styling a beautiful room. Sometimes it’s about looking at the entire experience, challenging the original plan, and helping our clients discover an option they may not have considered.
