This is a post we were hoping to not have to make. 😭
Moving forward our rental requirements are going to be different. 👇🏼👇🏼

‼️At time of booking we will require a card number to keep on file, if the rental is returned like the one below you will be charged a $100 cleaning fee. *we understand some of our customers don’t use cards, and we can make other arrangements for those.
‼️We will require half down to book the rental. For example, if you rent a castle $100 due to book, and $100 due the day before your event.
‼️IF the bounce house comes back NOT absolutely filthy like the one below, you will not be charged the $100 cleaning fee. This will be at our discretion. If it does come back like the one below, you WILL be charged $100.
‼️Each bounce house is blown up after EVERY event, scrubbed and sanitized to ensure that it is ready to go for the next event, which takes a few hours alone. When it is returned as dirty as the one below, it will definitely take more than a few hours, possibly days to get it clean. Which is why we are changing our rental terms.

We understand that when our bounce houses are rented for an outdoor event they will not be sparkling clean when we pick them up like they were when they were delivered, but there is NO way they should look like this. 😭🫠
