We are community group / grassroots collective of volunteer organizers. The planners of the 2022 Amherst Pride at The Mill District in events are collaborating here with the goal of building on that sucessful event and drawing more events to Amherst including expanding the activities into .

The Town of Amherst, MA has long been a proud, inclusive, and progressive place, but Sunday was the first time the community came together to celebrate LGBTQ+ pride month in this way - with a parade, rally, and resource fair in the Town Center.

AMHERST โ€” Rainbow flags flew in the air, music by q***r pop artists played in the background and children giggled as they popped bubbles streaming from a bubble machine on a hot Sunday afternoon. Pride had come to Amherst for the first time.
