An easy and delicious vegan party plate.

Quinoa & Wild Rice with Grilled Asparagus, Citrus Golden Beets, Roasted Peppers, Carmis, and little wedges of Vegan Burgers. Plus there was some pesto dipping sauce off to the side for the burger bites and veggies.

The burgers are great! Good flavor and they grill up nicely, taking a char on the outside while staying flavorful on the inside.

Menus like the food in this pic are great for fun, easy weddings and dinner parties. We serve them family style on the table so everyone gets just what they want. Add some grilled chicken or Italian sausage if you'll have some meat eaters there.
