The Festhalle just keeps getting prettier… and somehow still smells like hard work, cold beer, and good decisions. 🍻
If you haven’t been out lately, the old barn has been getting a serious facelift. 2025 was a BIG year we poured a whole lot of concrete (seriously… so much concrete), added the Keller bar, and somehow convinced volunteers to keep showing up after we said, “Just one more project.”
Now we’re rolling into 2026 with another huge upgrade: a brand-new floor in the Festhalle barn! That means fewer weak spots, fewer uneven dance moves caused by uneven boards, and a whole new chapter for this historic place we all love. This project will begin end of June so it can be “seasoned” during Oktoberfest!
Projects like this don’t happen by magic. They happen because of volunteers, supporters, event-goers, and people willing to buy “just one more drink” for the cause. Every event, every fundraiser, every plate of food, and every cold beverage helps keep the Festhalle standing strong for the next generation of weddings, dances, parties, polka nights, and stories that probably shouldn’t be repeated publicly.
Want to help? Here’s your chance:
🌽 Co****le Tournament — May 30th
Come toss some bags, claim you “used to be competitive,” and argue about whether that last shot was actually over the line. Not playing? Come cheer on the teams while enjoying food and drinks in the Keller. Spectators are highly skilled at fundraising too.
🎶 Live Music — July 11th
Fork in the Road Band will be taking the outside stage and helping us turn a summer night into a memory. Expect great music, cold drinks, dancing, laughing, and at least one person saying, “We were only planning to stay an hour.”
The Keller bar will be open periodically through the summer/fall. Be sure to watch for dates & times to come hang out with us!
Summer 2026 is shaping up to be one for the books at the Festhalle and Keller. Come support the barn, support the community, and help us continue giving this historic place the upgrades it deserves.
