Meet our 25/26 ACADEMY COMPANY!

An elite training and performance company of students that represent Theatre Under The Stars throughout the community, as well as at the state and national level.

These pre-professional artists experience a highly disciplined level of musical theatre technique, repertoire, and overall training in voice, acting, and dance through weekly rehearsals, industry professional masterclasses and engagements, competitions, and performance opportunities!

Congratulations to Nathan Bryant (Class of 2028) and Riley Johnson (Class of 2026) on their acceptance into the Academy Company at the Humphreys School of Musical Theatre (HSMT) at Theatre Under the Stars!

Nathan and Riley had to undergo a rigorous audition process to be selected out of many qualified candidates, and they were selected based on their singing, acting, and dancing abilities. Way to represent YJTC, Alvin High School Choir, and Alvin High School!
