COVID-19 UPDATE:
Whispering Hollow Estate cares deeply about our clients, and the safety of each and every person that attends an event at our facility. We understand that COVID-19 has impacted every facet of life, including the wedding industry. As a vendor of large events, we believe it is our duty, not the clients, to provide a safe and secure wedding environment to be enjoyed by all. We promise to be the safety experts you need to ensure that your wedding day can happen without a hitch, and without hindering the safety of your guests in any way.
We have already begun implementing and strictly adhering to the following safety measures at our facility:
• Our entire property (each building, room, and surface) is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each event
o We use a high quality “superfogger” machine with an antibacterial mist called “nu-foamicide” to ensure top-notch sanitizing between our events
• Everyone (guests, family, employees, vendors, etc.) must have their temperature checked by our electronic forehead thermometers to be approved for entry to our property, no exceptions
• Clients must provide a detailed guest list of names to be verified upon entry to the premises for their event
• We have built two custom, outdoor hand-washing stations: (1) in the parking lot for guests to use as they exit their vehicles and (2) before entering the reception lodge
• All employees & vendors MUST wear masks throughout the entire duration of the event
• All guests are required to wear masks inside the lodge, until they are seated at their table
• No buffet service is currently allowed - food is plated by the caterer and served directly to each guest at their table
• No unattended appetizer or dessert tables are currently allowed – food is plated by a masked employee and is served upon individual request
• Receiving lines and large bridal dances are highly discouraged at this time
• Responsible, socially distanced dancing is allowed during the reception
As a wedding vendor, we view it as our responsibility to alleviate any worry or stress on the part of our clients and attendees. This is a stressful time, and we are here to still help you plan your dream wedding. We know the rules, enforce the rules, and make it so that everyone can still enjoy a beautiful, safe, wedding day in the midst of these current circumstances.
At Whispering Hollow Estate, you do NOT have to compromise your personal safety to come here and enjoy a wedding or large gathering. It is our policy and sincere promise to serve you all to the very best of our capacity, and we look forward to seeing you here soon.
