Before he was writing songs and fronting Adam & the Armadillos, Adam Yarger grew up in Centre Hall, PA, working at his dad’s precision machine shop—where music was always playing. It was there that he first connected with the storytelling woven into every lyric. A bet with his dad sealed his path: if he won the state wrestling title, he’d get his first guitar—and he did.

At 19, Adam moved to Nashville, selling boots on Broadway during the day while chasing his music dreams at night. He soon teamed up with producer Kent Wells to record his debut album, Scratched Up Vinyl, launching a career that’s now over a decade strong.

As the frontman of Adam & the Armadillos, Adam has shared the stage with Craig Morgan, C**t Ford, Creed Fisher, and Mo Pitney, and performed on the Spotlight Stage at CMA Fest in 2019. Most recently, their latest single “Ain’t What She’s Needin’” was added to Spotify’s All New Country playlist, marking a major milestone and connecting with fans nationwide. Their music has also been featured on Apple Music playlists like “Don’t Mess with Texas” and “New in Country.”

Whether in the studio or on stage, Adam continues to bring grit, heart, and genuine storytelling to every song.
