We're excited to see everyone at the Duncansville Days festival tomorrow! The opening mainstage act will start at Noon. And the R3C merchandise tent should be open for business by 11 AM.

The weekend's events start officially tonight at 5 PM and run until 10 PM. For details on the Duncansville Community Events Committee-led activities tonight, please message their page directly. We'll continue publishing updates for Saturday's activities.

As a reminder, this event will go on rain or shine, smoky or clear. To our advantage, the light rain predicted is supposed to clear much of that smoke from the Canadian Wildfires. But, please use your own best judgement before deciding on attendance.

And, don't forget to support some other amazing local events happening in the area while you're out and about this weekend. These include a Johnstown River Float event, Hoopsfest in Downtown Altoona, Rte. 22 Rock and Blues Festival by ActiveAltoona.com in Huntingdon Co., Heaven Tonite at the Railroaders Memorial Museum, and Open Ends Album Release Party at Spring Dam Brewing Co.

THE OFFICIAL LINE-UP IS IN! And it's beyond lit 🔥🔥🔥

We're probably a little too hype about the incredible artists bringing 10 STRAIGHT HOURS of free, live music to Duncansville Community Days! But, when you have a stacked day of Pop, Punk, Folk, Country, Worship/Gospel, Jazz, Rock, and Funk in one place... it's hard not to get hype.

2026 has been an epic year for our company. So epic, we've had trouble keeping up with photos/video edits for all the artists we've worked with! But, we put in some overtime these past few weeks and are about to launch the new Digital Archive of every show and artist we've supported these past few years (all 150+ of them).

To kick that off, here's some shots from our first McGarveys Bar residency show, Pre-2K: A Night of 90's Rock and Country this past January. We had the privilege of working with these young up-and-coming rockers: Open Ends. This electric trio CRUSHED this show and kept the crowd on their feet the entire time.

Make sure to support these guys at their Album Release Party at Spring Dam Brewing Co. on July 18th before you come see 8-1-Funk headline Duncansville Community Days this month!

ATTENTION HOLLIDAYSBURG, PA: 8-1-Funk is landing near you with THE Funk-Rock Experience at Greenbean Coffee House Hollidaysburg's Vintage Night Market! We're honored to be the first band to perform at this exciting new venue.

We'll be funk-rockin' your socks off over great coffee with dozens of amazing vendors from 5-7 PM (main event runs from 4-8 PM). Come early and prepared to groove, as HUNDREDS of spectators have already expressed interest in attending.

Yesterday was INCREDIBLE as we closed out Week at the Blair County Juneteenth Jubilee Cook-Out. We brought the funk for 3 hours with the Railroad City Culture Co. 's mobile stage setup.

We had a BLAST kicking off Johnstown's Juneteenth Jubilee this past weekend. We even became the official sound of the event during the WJAC-TV News 's official coverage! We're sad to announce that Skylynd Brown won't be able to join us for Xorillion LIVE at McGarvey's due to unforeseen circumstances. But, we're so grateful to be welcoming back Alyssa Malvoisin to the McG's mainstage in her place!!

Alyssa is an uber-talented singer-songwriter who was just featured on the Save Point Podcast, the Eighty Unplugged Show, and featured in our Queens of Culture Night. Alyssa's voice has already tugged heartstrings of listeners from the midwest to Nashville, and we're hype to have her back here in Altoona for another R3C show.
