We are thrilled to announce that My Just Desserts Alton, LLC has been awarded Alton Main Street’s Facade Improvement Grant for 2025! With support from our sponsor Partner Engineering and Science,Inc. $5,000 will be granted for the installation of a historically appropriate iron fire escape, allowing owner Markus Boyd to develop the vacant upper story of the building. Congratulations to them, and thank you to everyone who applied. This year's decision was made particularly difficult as we had so many solid applications! We hope to be able to offer more of these grants in the future as funding becomes available.
