Instant Pot Creamy Cajun Shrimp Pasta🍝🍤

Ingredients:
To make this recipe, you will need: 8 oz fettuccine pasta, 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined), 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.

Instructions:
1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode, heat olive oil, and toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
3. Add butter to the pot and melt, then pour in heavy cream and stir in garlic powder and Parmesan cheese.
4. Break fettuccine in half and submerge in the creamy sauce. Secure lid, cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release.
5. Stir shrimp back into the pasta, garnish with parsley, and season with more salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning if desired.
