We’ve been so blessed to be able to provide our bounce house business to the Alton and surrounding areas for 3 years now. We have never had something like this happen. In our rules it clearly states that food of any kind including gum and confetti and silly string are not allowed in our bounce houses. We don’t make these rules to be mean or to impede on anyone’s fun, but silly string ruins the Vinyl almost immediately.
We take pride in our equipment trying to keep it up to date and this particular unit is brand new. It’s only been used 3 times.
We try and keep our cost reasonable, but we are going to have to start keeping a card on file to charge for excessive cleaning fees if this becomes a problem. We cannot afford to loose $6,000 in a single bounce houses for people who don’t like to follow rules.
