Last year I did around 100 prom bouquets throughout the prom season. It’s hard to choose any favorite.I thought I could share some for the girls who are trying to choose what bouquets to carry!
Bouquet 1:NAVY DRESS. anemone, hydrangeas, roses babies breath with navy ribbon. The navy of the ribbon and center of the anemone help bring out the navy in the dress.
*Bouquet 2: PURPLE DRESS. Mostly white but adding in shades of purples and the same shad of purple in the ribbon. The shade doesn’t have to be exact. It will pop in pictures and not disappear with the dress. The little bits of green also make the flowers pop. Babies breath was requested for almost every bouquet last year!
*Bouquet 3: BLACK DRESS: white roses, blue delphinium with pops of foliage. Black ribbon to match her dress with her initial in push pins.
*Bouquet 4:YELLOW DRESS. A simple all yellow roses, baby’s breath pops of foliage.
*Bouquet 5:PINK DRESS. shades of pinks with 2 shades of roses, anemone and the green dragon flower and foliage really make them stand out and gives dimension.
*Bouquet 6:dress: periwinkle blue: hydrangeas, roses, tweedia baby’s breath, thistle. All different textures and shades. Makes it not too plain and gives depth and dimension. A piece of her gown was saved and used around the stems. Perfect way to match the dress!!
*Bouquet 7: RED dress: lots of different red flowers but what is cool is the succulents! Pops of greens make the reds stand out. Young charcoal gray ribbon the match her dates suit!
*Bouquet 8: DRESS: iridescent blue. Shades of pinks/white but making it special with calla lilies! Again adding the dress clipping on the stems for a perfect match.
*Bouquet 9:DRESS: maybe blue or white: white roses, ranunculus, blue thistle and delphinium and cone flowers with chamomile flowers for a pop of yellow 😍
Bouquet 10: DRESS: BLACK. all white roses, peonies, hydrangeas with a pop of foliage. Simple but very elegant with a black dress.
*Bouquet 11: dress silver. Again an all white but adding different flowers to give different textures Adding in silver/ gray dusty miller foliage and a piece of her dress to match.
