Zoom won't let me enter the meeting: You will only be allowed to join the room once the host joins the room, which should be 10 -15 mins before showtime, due to a 1000 player cap limit.
Do I have to download the zoom app? No you don't! You can either open from a browser link or call in with the number provided below, enter our meeting number , put phone on speaker, go back to app and login in! Now you are set to play and listen at the same time! We will also be making videos on how to log into zoom and our app at the same time to avoid having to call in too.
There is a delay on Facebook between called numbers: Yes that is a delay we can't prevent on Facebook. But we have the zoom app and dial in number ready for real time calling!
How do I play? Simple go to our player registration, takes 1 minute to get your login set! Pre-register as spots will be limited per session.
How long does it take to receive prizes? We will be emailing your prizes within 72 hrs. This will be cut down to 24 hrs within a few month or two.
Why Zoom when we can't see the host? Zoom offers the chance to call numbers in real time with little to no delay. You can listen and watch on Facebook but there will always be a delay.
Message says no hosts are online: The host has either not logged in yet or they have placed themselves in Offline status to get setup for the show. When the meeting starts the host will open the registration for player to sign in.
No player video can be shared and all microphones will stay muted during session by host and can not be unmuted.
You may be asked to share a meeting with a host or corporate team member to verify your ID info via we**am. Picture may be submitted to [email protected] upon request.
Your registered player information MUST match State ID information. (Only exceptions are first name nicknames that can be recognized easily when compared to name: Example: David/Dave Ronald/Ron )
Must be 21+ to play! (That may be opened later) for now we must stay with the regulation we have set forth with our regular barbingo.
