Do you want to join the sourdough craze? You’ve heard of the health benefits and love the taste, but you’ve been reluctant because you don’t want to name it, baby-sit it and spend all day folding and shaping dough. If this sounds familiar then this class is for you. You’ll learn all the basics of sourdough, and then you’ll learn the hacks to make the process quicker and easier. You’ll leave class with instructions, recipes and your very own starter so you can be making sourdough loaves (and more!) in no time.
