“I Have A Dream”
Commemorating Martin Luther King’s birthday today. Admiring his nonviolent activism in the Civil Rights Movement, which protested racial discrimination. This past weekend, Utopian Events designed the 2024 Beloved Community Awards event for The King Center at the Hyatt Regency – Atlanta. It was an honor to be a part of such a special event that brought 1,200 guests together to promote the nonviolent values that Dr. King taught us. Congratulations to The King Center and all the honorees.

UGA inspired Red and Black reception theme for this couple.
The backdrop included their neon sign with fresh floral runner placed horizontally underneath. The estate table had plenty of candlelight and bud vases with red roses!

Congratulations to Hima and Mitul who celebrated their wedding reception this past October. At their reception debuted Estate Table crystal canopies. Family Guests were seated under this beautiful canopy. Crystal strands aligned the entire canopy perimeter. The estate tables also featured mirror table tops. Decadent low floral centerpieces coupled with candlelight accented these VIP tables and provided a beautiful reflection of the tabletop décor and the above crystals. The front of the room featured the water features with candle wall. A large gold mirror bar was the focus of the dancefloor.

Neil and Brindas wedding and reception colors were deep greens and whites.
The couple selected neutral drape for their wedding ceremony. For the reception they changed out the rear fabric panels to deep green. Black Velvet Linen paired with gold charger plates and napkins accented the room.

Anjan and Glenn had three days of fun filled wedding events, culminating at Zoo Atlanta. It was a beautiful wedding filled with colorful flowers. The couple said their vows in front of a decadent floral frame. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed views of the African Savanna. The reception included three estate tables with low and tall florals. The remaining tables were accentuated with delicate florals and candles. It was a night to remember.

Utopian Events July 4th event took place at The Nobu Hotel. It was the first wedding at this iconic Buckhead hotel. A Japanese inspired reception was created in the evening, including shades of white, sand, and gold. Beautiful green moss linens and charger plates accented the tablescape. It was an event to remember. Congratulations Medha and Shaan.

Trishna and Dylan’s reception stage reconfigured the mandap to an open setup. took front stage. Our signature candlelight bars were placed in front of the stage. The theme of the reception was black and gold that included black and gold sequin linens. Estate table bridges with lush florals and cascading crystals flanked the dancefloor. It was a night to remember. Thank you Trishna and Dylan for making it a Utopian Event.
