This four-day wedding weekend at Sparrows Lodge was such a special one. Intentional and collaborative in all the best ways— Zoe and Jacob filled their 50-person weekend with intentional touches to connect with their loved ones and celebrate their story. Art, antiques, film photography, and hand-selected wine, among many other details, were incorporated. More of this, please!

It’s not often I get to host a party of my own! For Valentine’s Day I hosted a “Kiss Me, I’m Crafting” house party— merging my favorite hobbies of hosting and crafting into one.

I’m still soaking in the feeling my clients experience post-wedding— a mixture of warmth, connection, feeling seen and loved, awe, gratitude, etc etc. It felt so sacred to bring together my various friend groups in our home in Joshua Tree. I will always be a proponent of gathering with intention— big or small, at home or at a hotel, potluck or catered. It’s embedded in my values as a human, not just as a business.

Many thanks to for shaking tiki cocktails all night and to for capturing the evening so impeccably, as always.
