Our dinner menu for New Years Eve has some special add-ons. Try all three links as an appetizer while you wait for friends in the Banquet Hall (Jalapeno Cheese Link, Mild Sausage, & Blueberry Maple Link) & Noelle is making our Brownie A La Mode for y'all to try if you haven't yet.

We can't believe it is New Years Eve- where has the time gone?

We’ll have plenty of Prime Rib and Wedge Salads to last us all evening — so if that’s what you’re craving, you’re covered.

Bison Ribeye and Teriyaki Glazed Salmon are limited and will be the first to go!

New Year’s Eve Menu | December 31 | 5–8PM
• Bison Ribeye (Strategy Bison) – $54 (limited 16oz)
• Prime Rib – $38 (plenty available 16 oz)
• Teriyaki Glazed Salmon – $25 (limited)
• Smoked Turkey Breast – $17

All plates include two sides & a dinner roll.
Sides: Green Beans, Cornbread Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Mac N Cheese

Walk-ins only — no reservations.
All meats smoked low and slow with post oak from Central Texas.
Banquet Hall Bar will be open so grab yourself a drink from Taylor while you wait for your friends to get off work.

Some things never go out of style — like a good wedge salad- Simple ingredients, flavors, and the kind of dish that belongs next to a great meat. We’ll have it available on New Year’s Eve alongside our special menu. Only question is…blue cheese or ranch?

In 2023 we visited Alliance for my sisters quinceanera in the Newberry building. Happy with our lives in Houston but starting to -feel- a little too comfortable we were eager for a new challenge- we began seeing opportunities everywhere we went. Our evening walk conversations were "What would life look like here? or here?", "would a business work here or there better and why?", "can we even do this?, " "what about our friends?🥹 I've moved quickly in my career, I'm just going to end it? Is it worth it?" but a big one was "what if it doesn't work out?," "What if people don't care or don't come?".....fast forward to March 2024 our first month open when we couldn't believe the response from the community to now, the start of 2026... Since opening downtown Alliance we have seen three awesome businesses quit asking "what if" & take the leap to open:
-Judds Daylight Donuts LLC. -Heaven Sent Tattoos LLC & -Barragan Insurance. We heard there will be a Vietnamese restaurant opening downtown and we are THRILLED! - all this is great movements for our

Our last Monday…to all of our Monday regulars, thank you for your support & love on an otherwise quiet day around town. Have no fear, we are adding lunch hours Friday & Saturday so there will be no more question of (“when is golden hour open again today?) if it’s Friday or Saturday at lunch or dinner. We’ll be here. New Hours start this Friday. Smoked Burgers will be moving on over to Fridays @ lunch until sold out.

Friday&Saturday 11-7pm
Sunday 11-3pm.

We are here today with lots of bbq and burgers! $30 whole racks of ribs on special today as well. Treat yourself🎁

Smoked burgers are on the menu Monday from 11AM–3PM — and yes, this will be our last Monday of regular service, ever.

But don’t worry — we’re not going anywhere.
We’ll be back with a special menu for New Year’s Eve dinner on Wednesday, and then rolling into new service hours starting Friday:

Friday & Saturday: 11AM–7PM
Sunday: 11AM–3PM

Change is coming, but the food isn’t.

No reservations required- The Bison is in limited supply but everything else is not.
