Part of event planning that people don’t always see… is the putting things away part 🤪

After the last big event I styled, I’ve been hard at work organizing everything and getting it all put back in its place 🙌🏼

But I’m not rushing it.

I’m taking my time, counting every item, creating a detailed inventory list, and even adding QR codes with pictures so when a client asks for something I can easily say…

“Oh yes! I have that available for rent!” 🙌🏼

Behind every beautiful event is a lot of organization, planning, and attention to detail, and I truly love this part of the process too.

It helps me serve my clients better and makes planning your next event even easier ✨

When I asked my contact at the Allen Chamber of Commerce what they would like written on the movie clapboards for the gala, she said, “What do you think?”

I told her that since it’s the Allen Chamber Gala, I personally think we should make it all about Allen ❤️

I may be a little partial to this community since I’ve lived here most of my life.

So we collaborated and used ChatGPT… well, mine is called Sparkle GPT 🤪✨

This picture is just one of the many! I set up 20 different tables with movie clapboards, each sharing a little piece of Allen history and fun facts about our city.

And fun fact… it took me 56 minutes to write all the boards ❤️

Did y’all know I was the Decorator for the Allen Chamber of Commerce A Night in Hollywood Gala? 🎬✨

I was given a vision… and a budget…
And I worked hard to make it come to life 🌹

37 tables.
10 silent auction tables.
Every detail touched.
Every candle tested.
Every rose trimmed and in water in 23 minutes flat 🌹

During set up, the CEO asked for a rose to pin on his lapel…

And of course — I made it happen 🌹✨

Because when you own a small business, you learn to pivot, solve, and create in real time.

As a very small business, I’m not always equipped to pay a full staff, so I ask for volunteers when I need extra hands. And yesterday? I was surrounded by the best kind of people.

Thank you woth all if my heart to Regina, Jennifer and Vanessa and to my amazing husband❤️

They stepped up.
They laughed with me.
They worked hard beside me.

I truly could not have done it without their kindness, energy, and love.

What people see is the glamour.
What they don’t see is the teamwork, the sweat, the heart, and the faith behind it.

I don’t just decorate tables.
I build experiences.
And I am so grateful for the community that helps me do it.

⏱️ It took 23 minutes to unbox them, get every stem trimmed, and into water with food — because details and timing matter ❤️

I have to stay laser focused though… because let’s be honest, my brain can turn into a hamster on a wheel real quick 🤪🐹
That’s exactly why I use Focused Peptides — they help me stay locked in and on task.

Not every event I work is about glitter, décor, or pretty details ✨

Sometimes my role is simply to be present — to serve as a day-of coordinator and make sure everything runs smoothly, so others can focus on what truly matters ❤️

This particular event was a marriage ministry, and while I was there to work, I found myself learning so much along the way. When you stay open, God always teaches you something new.

I also faced a very real fear on this job — driving my Jeep out of town. Two years ago, I survived a traumatic accident when my front axle gave out while going 75 mph. God truly saved my life that day 🙏🏼

This trip wasn’t just about logistics or timelines… it was about trust, healing, and obedience.

I love what I do.
I love the people I meet.
I love the fears I face.
I love the lessons I learn.

And no — it doesn’t always have to be glitter to be meaningful 💞

Sometimes the real beauty is in showing up, steady, faithful, and willing ❤️🦋

Dazzle Events by Cynth is branching out and growing! 🌱✨

This morning I attended my first networking meeting with Master Networks-Plano Central and it was such a great experience.

The sweet friend pictured with me has been my branding coach since 2018 with my other business and has been encouraging me to join for quite some time. I finally said yes—and I’m grateful I did.

She is truly wonderful and genuinely wants to help people and businesses grow. This was her training this morning, and it was inspiring to learn from her and be surrounded by supportive, like-minded professionals.

Here’s to new connections, continued growth, and saying yes to what’s next ✨🦋
