Dear Valued Customers,

I am excited to announce that the food truck will be back for the season! This year I operate on a seasonal schedule, and I am gearing up to reopen on April 30th, 2026. I can’t wait to serve you all the delicious bites you’ve been missing.

Until then, thank you for your ongoing support and I look forward to seeing you this spring. In addition to food truck service, I am now accepting catering events for 2026 and are taking requests for places to set up the food trailer. Stay tuned for more updates as it gets closer to opening day 🥳🌮❤️

It’s officially tamale season. I am now accepting pre-orders for Thanksgiving tamales. To place an order, please send a Facebook message, leave a comment, or call/text the business phone. Tamales will be available for pickup on 11/24/25 from 3:30 PM- 6:00 PM at my ghost kitchen. If you would like your tamales steamed and frozen, please notify me as soon as possible. Options include mild pork/hot pork for $30 per dozen and chicken con salsa verde for $30 per dozen. Please note that labor costs are high due to the time-consuming preparation, and grocery prices have increased due to inflation. As a small business owner, I appreciate your understanding. Also payment is due once you place an order to ensure that you will be picking up. We can figure out a payment method that works best for you thank you everybody in advance and have a wonderful evening. 🙏🏼❤️🫔

I started using the seasoning my mom got for me from Texas for my tamales, and I'm going to tell you right now that these are the best tamales I've made in my entire career. I honestly believe that. They have such a good flavor - it's indescribable. I cannot wait for you guys to try these. These ones definitely hit different, WOW! If you would like to try them, I will be at Michigan Wine Company this coming Saturday, October 4th, from 12:30 pm-5:30 pm, and I will have mild pork tamales and a few hot ones, along with steak taco plates. I had an extremely busy day today at the winery. I lost count of buses after the fourth or fifth!? 🤪 I honestly do not know how many buses showed up today. All I know is that it was extremely crowded. I checked the clock, and it was 12:45. The next thing I knew, it was 5 o'clock. Lol 🥳🥳 Thanks again MI WINE CO! See you all again October 4th! 🥳🌮🫔🙏🏼❤️😋
