What a night! We can't thank everyone enough for the turnout we had last night at our 1st Wednesday Pizza night of the summer! We had a sold out evening! It was beyond our expectations! We had a few hiccups with our online ordering system but be patient with us as we figure this out before next weeks event. Thanks also to Alexandria Cardinal Dance Team and Young Life for helping us serve pizzas and keep things moving.

As the COVID-19 crisis continues, many business owners are facing the tough decision to permanently close their doors. Hospitality Minnesota CEO Liz Rammer joined the FOX 9 Morning News to discuss the harsh reality that restaurants, bars, and hotels are dealing with across the state.

Here’s a list of all the states that don’t allow breweries to sell 12oz/16oz cans of their own beer from their taprooms:

1. Minnesota

That’s it. We’re the only state with this restriction. Our industry needs your help to, at bare minimum, temporarily change that.

This change would allow all of us Minnesota breweries just a little bit more of a fighting chance to come out of this shutdown alive. Selling four packs and six packs out of our taprooms would just mean one more person who gets to experience craft beer in a different way, and by no means would that mean we would stop distributing to your favorite liquor store!

Please contact your legislator and ask them to help our Minnesota breweries. Do it for MN beer, not just for Copper Trail.
