This seared scallop is served with cured lardo and caviar. I asked chef what lardo is, and he said it is cured back fat from the black footed pig of Spain. This is some fancy fat here folks!!

Here are some helpful things to communicate and consider once you've got your squad:
✴️ One of the most important things to consider is their financial situation. Between the attire, bachelor/bachelorette party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, travel & expenses to these functions, it can add up quickly.
✴️ Create a calendar of events leading up to the wedding and communicate what you would like them to attend and how they can help you.
✴️ Be flexible. Provide a color scheme / fabric swatch and let them choose their own dress /suit / shoes. Let them decide how to wear their hair / makeup.
