We were honored to be part of Taylor and Joseph's big day! Many Congratulations to you both from Food4Thought Catering!

Taylor and Joseph's big day at Blue Hill Farm was one I had been looking forward to all year!! What a way to end the wedding season for me. Taylor has AMAZING taste (I could tell just by following along via social media leading up to her wedding day!), so I knew it wasn't going to disappoint. The weather was PERFECT all day - not a drop of rain, and perfect cloud cover for the ceremony so we got beautiful lighting all day long. As soon as Taylor and Joseph inquired last year, I looked up Blue Hill Farm and immediately fan-girl'd! How had I not heard of this venue yet?! I'm SO glad I know of it now, and hope to shoot there many more times!! It is absolutely stunning, and the venue owners, Waldo and Shirley, are truly incredible. I lost my voice photographing a wedding from the day before, and Shirely was SO sweet to us all day long, constantly making sure we had everything we needed. She even gave me a golf-cart ride back up to the barn when I went to park my car down the hill - love her so much!! The caterers and event planner, Erin (Every Last Detail) went above and beyond to make sure we were fed quickly so a moment didn't go undocumented! I absolutely adored the sweet ladies who worked for Food 4 Thought Catering. I hope to work with them for MANY more weddings - they were SO accommodating and sweet all day long. It truly makes such an incredible difference when you work with the sweetest and most caring vendors possible to make the sweetest couple's dreams come true!! I am so happy for you, Taylor & Joseph, and I cannot WAIT for you to see the rest of your wedding images!! :)

"We were looking for unique and tasty food for our wedding reception and what we got was incredibly scrumptious food that everyone raved about and a caterer that had an amazing staff that everyone loved. We could not recommend Dale and her staff enough. She was amazing at taking what we were looking for and putting fun and tasty twists on each item for the menu. She was very prompt in her communication. She was amazing from hello to Congrats! You will not go wrong with ."

Another beautiful wedding weekend! Many Congratulations Leslie & Shannon from all of us at !

Leslie & Shannon chose passed appetizers of crab cakes w/ remoulade; Apple chicken sausage bites w/ mango ginger chutney; Spinach & artichoke feta bites w/ tzatziki dip; Baby tomato skewers w/blue cheese dip; Brussel sprouts lollipop w/ balsamic glaze.

Dinner service was a plated strawberry & baby greens salad w/ candied pecans & poppyseed dressing; Brown sugar grilled chicken w/ mango salsa; Slow roasted beef brisket w/ tangy BBQ sauce glaze; Spinach pesto lasagne; Summer couscous; Summer squash w/pesto.

Congratulations Yena and Oscar! We were honored to have been chosen to cater their rehearsal dinner at the beautiful home of the Oscar's family last Friday evening!

We passed 3 appetizers during cocktail hour and the salad was plated for each guest. We served a buffet of Chicken Piccata, Slow Roasted Salmon in a Citrus Tarragon & Shallot Sauce, Rice Pilaf and Sauteed Summer Squash tossed in Pesto Sauce.
