We messed up on inventory and received chicken tenderloins instead of chicken thighs. Sucks for us but good news for our customers as we are turning our mistake into a meal special where you can get 3 BBQ Chicken Skewers with rice and sinigang soup(sour tamarind flavor with loads of veggies) for $13. Order all day. Come visit us for lunch at Cottonwood Mall food court.

Sharing last weeks photo at the Downtown Growers Market Gala. We donated our Ube Cookies and a special Bibingka cake (coconut rice cake). Our company is so thankful for the business connections and new friends we made over the year. We had some good times at the market and so happy to be a part of the community.

We have been having issues updating our store hours on Google Business due to a verification process. It seems like its fixed now but I wanted to post on our feeds just in case. We are open 5 days a week at Cottonwood Mall inside the Food Court upper level! Come visit us Tues - Sat at our store hours. See you there!

So late on posting this carousel! Last weekend Barkadas ABQ catered for the official launch of CABQ Office of Asian Pacific Islander Native Hawaiian and ABQ Chinese American Film Festival. What a week of connecting with the Asian community!

As a Filipina and still fairly new ABQ resident (3 years in), finding my footing, owning a business, meeting other Asians - especially Filipinos - means so much in a place where our community is small. At the APINH event I met new Filipino/Asian American friends and mingle with my regulars and connections I haven't seen in a minute. It feels good to connect outside of Cottonwood Mall. Thank you to Carlos Aragón, APINH Liaison for organizing this wonderful networking event. Thank you to Mayor Tim Keller always a pleasure to serve you. Thank you Siu Wong and Karol Chin for inviting us to serve at ACAFF event!

Filipinos always find each other no matter where we are in the world, and being new here, that made ABQ feel a little more like home. I hope my restaurant can be one of those gathering places too, where Filipinos and other Asian communities can connect, feel seen, and be in culture together💜
