2 WEEKS AWAY! We have some misc announcements for DARcon:

ADDING BONUS PLAY TABLES: Due to popular game table demand, we're adding some "open tables" of various titles. If you missed the deadline to submit, now you have another chance. These are "first come, first served" tables that can't be signed uo for in advance. Submit your game at abqdarc.org today!

OPEN PANELS: We're simplifying the upstairs panel/workshop experience. If you've got a wristband...you're in! No sign-ups on the Schedule Builder required.

How do y'all visualize initiative tracking in your APs?

This tracker goes in the lower left corner of our layout. I went with this "headshot" format as opposed to full healthbars because it allows for a more compact display of info.

Colored Initiative represents party relationship (red for foes, blue for neutral/friendly NPCs, green for PCs). The headshots get redder as they take damage, with impact animations visualizing damage type.
