Went to Seguin Texas today with my son. Had to go to BBQ mecca, Voted #1 in Texas Monthly top 50 bbq joints in Texas. Waited in line for an hour and a half. Well worth the wait. Damn good food, the staff was awesome. If you are near the San Antonio area, go check them out.

Making Christmas Eve dinner my son, Chef Cage. Smoked stuffed pork loin. Came out great. Couldn't have done it without him. It's always fun when I get to cook with him. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE!!! May God bless you and yours.

Some venison back strap seasoned with Casa, and cooked on the Weber Kettle over some pecan wood. Sooo tasty.
