We are getting SO close to kicking off the 2026 wedding season!!

This year I have 10 brides who have chosen to allow me to help make their day flow smoothly! While it’s bound to be a crazy busy season I think this one is going to be SO fun!!

Today I have such a mix of emotions. While I will be closing one door, another door is opening.

I LOVE what I do. This wedding gig has truly been a dream of mine for SO long!! I am so proud of my Stephenson Weddings biz and how much I’ve learned over the last few years. But it’s time for me to make a life change and adjust to better fit my family and other life responsibilities.

So while I close my Stephenson Weddings Coordinator business at the end of 2025, I will be stepping into a new chapter. Still doing what I love and more! But in a more manageable capacity!

I am SO thrilled and proud to be a part of the Memorable Moments by KW team!! I reached out to Kylie with my current life situation and without hesitation she welcomed me to her team with open arms! I am so excited to be a part of something bigger! While I continue coordinating I will also be jumping into PLANNING! (Finally lol)

Planning Tip:
Create a layout of your venue and distribute it to all of your vendors. This not only helps vendors such as DJ & Caterer visualize the space they have to work in, but it also helps your Coordinator know how the set up should look in case there are any discrepancies the day of. Bonus- draw a line for how you would like tables dismissed for the meal!
