MY BOOK FANS - We completely released the new Greg Valentine book after Greg gave the ok. Unfortunately, there was miscommunication between Greg and his wife and now I’m getting shrapnel. (See screenshots to confirm approval confirmation.)

This is really between him and his wife. You can’t say yes, have us publish it, then change your mind a month later - because your wife didn’t know.

BACKSTORY

Last year, Greg and I finished the book. All was set to go, and then his wife found out he had been working on it with me. She called me up and slammed me using words I won’t use here related to me personally. Subsequently, I put the project aside.

A year later, an agent tried to revive the project so he could do a book signing with Greg and help me out. He told Greg I had worked hard on it, and that I was considering salvaging the 500-page manuscript into a biography instead - but that I wanted Greg to be a part still.

Greg said “let’s do it.” (See screenshots).

We finally put it out late in June! We were both psyched. The agent called Greg and he was excited. You can see Greg was getting together autograph “stickers” to mail out in the text message screenshots. Somewhere in the process a month later, his wife decided to end it again - weeks after it printed - way too late after-the-fact once again. This is miscommunication on their behalf - not a ME problem.

This book deal is no scam. I couldn’t have put a 500-page book together without him. Very disappointing.
