The new Danley Sound Labs sound system installation at Freedom Park Scotia has begun. Last night we hung a pair of SH96HO main speakers to cover the majority of the lawn. We also hung an SH110 downfill to help cover the brand new dance floor. Next comes the SH95HO outfills to continue seamless coverage to the far left and right lawn area. Finally the BC215 subs will give us nice thunderous low frequencies.

This is going to be one of the best sounding outdoor venues in the Capital Region and beyond.

Bands will no longer be bringing their own sound systems to perform at Freedom Park. 

Opening day at Freedom Park is next week.

Our new stage has been going out like crazy. One of the ways that we’re setting ourselves apart is by bringing the stage into our warehouse after every deployment and basically making it where you could eat off the floors and the walls.

We understand how hard artists work to be prepared for a great show and we want to be a continuation of that preparation by giving them the most pristine environment that we can. Great Sound, and a great environment that includes clean and fresh gear, and positive attitudes of our crew.

We want everyone to have fun.

We want everyone to feel the love.

We want everyone to feel respected.

Those are our steadfast goals.

A thing of beauty coming to a local outdoor Capital Region venue in the very near future.

This rack has 2 Danley Sound Labs DNA 20K amps capable of a total of 40,000 Watts of speaker power. Plus the Allen and Heath AH-M DSP unit that will be the main brain and switcher for the system.

This soon to be named venue has been due for an update for a very long time and it’s about to be one of the most epic sounding outdoor venues in Cap Region.

You won’t have to wait much longer to hear it.

On May 17th DEG had the pleasure of providing Sound, Lighting and the Main Stage for Caffe Lena in Saratoga Springs event "Sing In The Street"

We mixed the three bands, Tops Of Trees, Sway Wild and The Alexis P Sutter Band. It was a great event.

Quick Note, with some fancy technology/tools that we have, we were able to fit this 29 foot long stage into a 31 foot wide space that had curbs, light poles, and street signs on both sides. Thats one of the great things about this stage.

DEG had a great time providing Sound for The Wheel in downtown Schenectady last night. Zechariah Allen put together a great mix for these guys just as he always does.
