A sweet friend brought me some really good reading material and I am so excited to dig into it! Our last growing season taught us that pest management is an important part in the overall health of the farm. We look forward to incorporating organic methods of management to our crops. I know it’s scary to see temps below freezing, but leave your bags outside!! Your soil should be frozen or close to it. This is GOOD! Over the next weeks/months, it will freeze and thaw. All good and part of the process!

Reflecting this evening as I walk through the expired beds. Out with the old and prep for the new begins this week. I can feel God telling me to breathe. When I close my eyes, I feel him telling me to have patience and believe in the prayers I pray. The journey is not a sprint but a long distance run with winding paths and obstacles. But in the moment I’m reminded, just breathe..
