An incredible honor for C’era Una Volta to cook for Senator Nancy Pelosi ( ) at the Italian Consulate in San Francisco this Friday. From burrata to branzino, Chef Rudy brought the flavors — and the flair! Grazie mille to the Consulate for the warm hospitality and unforgettable afternoon.

(And yes… there was Torta della Nonna involved. 😋)

Two weeks ago at the Italfoods event at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, Chef Rudy was doing what he does best—making magic with pasta 🍝✨ Representing Pastificio Bacchini, he served up fresh, flavorful creations that had people lining up for more (because who really stops at one bite? 😂). From rich sauces to perfectly crafted noodles, it was a full-on Italian flavor moment 🇮🇹👏
