Hey everyone! If you’re trying to get a hold of me my phone is acting up. Working on getting it figured out now!

From buckets… to breathtaking ✨
What starts as stems in water—delphinium, hydrangeas, sunflowers, hanging amaranthus—turns into something completely transformed.
This is the part people don’t always see… the vision, the layering, the movement, the hours of designing to make it all flow just right.
And then suddenly… it’s an aisle, an arch, a moment. 💛

If you’ve worked with me, you already know — I say this every single time. And I mean it every single time. Because each wedding is so different, so personal, and so full of its own kind of magic.
Valley View has truly been the backdrop for so many of my “favorites,” and I’ll never get over how each design comes to life in its own way 🌿✨
Moral of the story: I don’t have a favorite… but also, they’re all my favorite 💁‍♀️💐

POV: “All the pretty girls walk like this…”
Meanwhile me, setting up your dream wedding like 🦒🦀🫠
I swear I thought I walked normal until I started seeing behind-the-scenes videos 💀
But hey… if this is what it takes to bring your vision to life, then we’re strutting in whatever this is all day long 😂
Pretty or not… the flowers still show up flawless 🌸✨

This is what “custom” really looks like.
A lot of my large ceremony pieces are actually built on site, stem by stem, right on the ladder.
Yes… it’s definitely more work carrying buckets, climbing up and down, and placing thousands of stems one at a time. But it allows the design to be created specifically for that space — fitting the pergola, arch, or arbor perfectly instead of trying to force a pre-made piece to work.
It also protects the flowers.
Some blooms (hello hydrangeas) need to be placed at the right moment so they stay fresh and full all the way through the ceremony.
That’s the difference between cookie-cutter florals and a custom installation.
Every stem is placed with intention so the design flows naturally with the venue, the structure, and the overall vision.
This is why you hire a designer, not just someone who drops off flowers.
And honestly… this part?
Climbing the ladder, building it piece by piece, watching it come to life?
It’s one of my favorite parts of the job.

Spring color, open skies, and one of our favorite views at Valley View. 💐
Today’s ceremony aisle was lined with lush garden arrangements in vibrant pinks, soft blues, and delicate whites leading up to a floral-covered pergola overlooking the water. Every step down the aisle felt like walking through a blooming garden.
One of our favorite parts of designing weddings like this is making every piece work twice. After the ceremony, the aisle arrangements were elevated and styled for the reception, while smaller pieces were repurposed for tables — creating a seamless look from ceremony to celebration without wasting a single bloom.
Beautiful weather, beautiful colors, and a beautiful start to a marriage.

✨ WHY THIS WORKS
This ceremony design at Valley View shows how thoughtful floral planning can create a beautiful ceremony and carry the design seamlessly into the reception.
1. The aisle creates the experience
Garden-style florals lined the ceremony aisle, surrounding guests with soft spring blooms as the bride walked down the path.
2. The pergola frames the moment
The asymmetrical floral installation draws your eye right where it belongs — the couple — while still keeping the stunning lake view behind them.
3. Spring color brings it to life
Peaches, yellows, blues, and lavender tones give the entire space that light, joyful, garden-in-spring feeling.
4. Flowers that work twice
After the ceremony, the florals were repurposed to transform the reception space.
• The pergola arrangement became the sweetheart table focal piece
• Larger aisle arrangements were elevated for reception centerpieces
• Smaller aisle florals were placed on tables and surrounded with floating candles
One set of flowers, two beautiful spaces. ✨
A special shout-out to Magnolia Lane Studios and Melissa, who spent the day in our shop capturing what it really looks like to design a wedding from start to finish. Watching the process through her lens made these moments even more special. 📸
