Let’s talk about balloon swags and why we ❤️ them!! They make a huge impact at your event! They are perfect for every occasion. They are forgiving and there are so many ways to make them work. Have you had one at your event? Post a picture below! We never tire of seeing them!

Want to be real? People pay me to bake cakes. But when it comes to family, I don’t have time for that! But I still want them to have more than just a grocery store cake. Here are two hacks. Chocolate, just add candy, brownies, etc... and done!
The second one, I removed the icing that made balloons and reapplied it in a smear fashion. Then added macaroons, candy and the cute topper (which the also had in the grocery store). 🪄
What do you think? Anyone else ever embellished a grocery store cake?

Meet US..❤..
Most people know us as KK Parker Cooks or KK Parker Events. We have been doing weddings, decorating cakes, making casseroles, creating corsages, constructing balloon arches, hosting cooking classes, floral workshops and much more since 2013. In March of 2020, we took over the management of The Old Post Office. We often hear, "We did not even know this venue was in Alabaster." Or, "You do floral, décor and and rentals on site?" The answer is YES, YES, YES and YES!!!
We have been friends for 18 years and we would love to be a part of your special event, either through venue rental or through any of our services. Penny handles the schedule, proposals and makes sure you are well cared for when working with us. If you chose to use our other services, Kelly will make your vision come to life. However much involvement you chose, we will have fun and become a part of your family!
