ANNOUNCEMENT!

We have absolutely loved starting and building a business here in our town! It’s success has truly blown me away and is a direct reflection of the love and support we have received. I cannot express our gratitude enough.

With that being said, we recently received an offer from someone interested in purchasing our business. After a lot of prayer and debate, we have decided that this is what is best for our family during this season of life.

If you currently have reservations or gift cards, don’t worry! We are still fulfilling our commitments. Thank you all for understanding and most of all, thank you for supporting us along this journey!

Interested in joining the Big Time Bounce team as a Delivery leader? This is a great opportunity for summer/ weekend employment! We provide active work that offers flexibility, and fun in a relaxed environment for our crew. Great for career-minded individuals. For more information on what you can expect to do throughout an average week, take a look below!

WHAT WE ASK OF OUR TEAM:
• Be on-time for scheduled shifts and have access to transportation.
• Availability Friday- Sunday (negotiable) Saturdays are a must!
• Be a reliable and trustworthy member of our team that works well with everyone.
• Be physically ready and able to work hard outdoors and in the elements.
• Effectively manage a team of 10+ employees
• Bring a positive attitude to work that provides a great experience for customers and coworkers alike!
FOR DELIVERIES (TYPICALLY WEEKEND):
Preparing Orders
• Work with your delivery crew to load all the equipment for your day.
• Double-check and secure your load contents.
• Review the delivery paperwork to ensure accuracy.

Deliveries
• Maintain an on-time delivery schedule for your upcoming events.
• Set-up inflatables and ensure they've been properly secured.
• Instruct customers on safe equipment operation.
• Make sure delivery paperwork is completed and payments are collected.

• • Pay: $20.00-25.00 an hour (part-time) Based on experience and availability.

Qualifications: Applicants must be clean and presentable with strong customer service skills. Must be able to lift, push, pull, and squat. This job is not for the weak. Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screening.
