Circle of Fifths has invited Baxter’s Speakeasy for the latest installment of LAST BUT NOT YEAST.

LBNY is a gluten-free debaucherous yet sophisticated Tuesday dinner & cocktails pop-up featuring different Mixologists from around NE Ohio that take-over the Co5 bar with Chef Adam Heidt collaborating with each theme.

Baxter loves brunch and brunch cocktails and is excited to present their take on breakfast ft. their family’s green chile recipe; a Colorado staple found at mostly any breakfast spot.

Assisting the takeover is Ty Vick of Baxter’s Speakeasy and Brooke Ruhlin of Hop House and Matinee.

Collaboration through the art of hospitality, F&B and gastronomy are just some of the passions shared by this team and we thank Circle of Fifths team (especially Jessica and Tommy) for inviting us another space to spread our freak flags and get weird.
