Tomorrow! In 24 hours UA's Steel Drum Band will take the stage at E.J. Thomas Hall to celebrate Distinguished Professor Dr. Larry Snider's first 50 years of university teaching. Featuring the "Paganini of Pan," virtuoso pannist Liam Teague.

This Monday! Gateways Brass comes to Akron! The Gateways Brass Collective is a resident ensemble of the Gateways Music Festival, whose mission is to support and connect professional classical musicians of African descent and enlighten and inspire communities through the power of performance.

It's this coming Monday, March 31, 7:30 p.m. in Guzzetta Recital Hall, 157 University Ave. The concert is part of UA’s Kulas Concert Series, made possible by generous support from the Cleveland-based Kulas Foundation, and presented in collaboration with Tuesday Musical.
