Planning your event? We know you can choose from an endless number of great venues throughout the region. Price? Value? Location? Ease? Convenience? These are just a few of the factors that go into why you choose one venue over another.

We could write a book on why we believe you should choose the John S. Knight Center; just ONE reason is how our team prepares for YOU.

EVERY client is offered a Pre-Show Meeting. 4-6 weeks before your event, our entire team sits down with you and your team to discuss every detail. The move-in time and what door you’re coming into, if your entrée is going to be served with haricots verts or Brussels sprouts, the file format for the complimentary marquee out front, the diagram adjustments for your trade show…no detail is left untouched.

When it comes to bringing events to life at the John S. Knight Center, there’s one name that’s been quietly making it all happen behind the scenes for over 25 years—Chuck Wolfe, our incredible Client Services Manager.

From the very first planning conversation to the moment the doors open on event day, Chuck is there every step of the way. Need help navigating logistics? Coordinating details? Making sure every piece falls perfectly into place? That’s Chuck’s specialty. He has a knack for anticipating what clients need—sometimes before they even know they need it.

What truly sets Chuck apart is his ability to turn complex event plans into seamless experiences. While guests see a polished, successful event, Chuck is behind the curtain ensuring timelines are tight, details are covered, and nothing is left to chance.

His dedication, experience, and calm, can-do approach have made him an invaluable part of our team—and a trusted partner to every client he works with.
