Chef/Owner Jimmy Hicks is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston with studies in Culinary Arts, Catering Management , and Hospitality Management. After culinary school, he worked with the finest caterers in Charleston to hone not only his Culinary Skills but his Catering Management Skills as well.
