We wrapped up our crazy weekend with one final huge event for some of our favorite people out in Windsor! The festivities began with a fully loaded grazing table including charcuterie, fruits, veggies, taco and jalapeno poppers, and assorted dips. The main course consisted of an epic taco and fajita spread (beef, chicken and veggie fajitas, carnitas and taco meat) ~ grilled corn and flour tortillas ~ Texas caviar ~ guacamole ~ house made salsa ~ queso ~ and ALL the toppings! And finally, we can’t forget about dessert!!! Chantilly, Brownie Dream and LemonBerry dessert shots; Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting; Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Buttercream; and assorted cookies. WHEW!!! What a weekend!!! And super big shoutout to my husband and crew!!! I COULD NOT do it without each one of you!!!

Second event for this busy day was a delicious grazing table including: assorted charcuterie, fresh fruits and veggies, spinach puffs, crab & shrimp dip and much more! Plus….did I mention the beautiful and delicious cupcakes???

It was a fabulous Baby Shower including delicious small bites and even a “Mom-mosa Bar” with classic mimosa and Caramel Apple Mimosa’s! Yum!!!
