When you eat a Two Doughs’ pizza, you’re not eating any old pizza. We hand make each and every pizza using all organic flour, age old dough making and stretching techniques. We are passionate pizza curators, having two different artisan dough types

coining the name “Two Doughs”. One, a Sicilian thick crust and two, a Sourdough thin crust. The best ingredients are driven by process using technique and time. Our thin crust is a three day process of fermentation starting from our wild yeast mother dough called “mom” Started in 2015. And our thick crust is inspired by Sicilian techniques and long proofing time. Our culinary art technique does not stop at the pizza, it is carried throughout every ingredient and plate with passion and preparation. All of these factors go into making Two Doughs one of the best Pizza Companies LA has to offer. Our Philosophy
We believe that eating a Two Doughs’ pizza should not only be delicious, but an experience in itself. We believe that the end result of every food item that reaches our guests will speak to the preparation, passion and process, tasting the art of creating that experience with food, with Pizza! With a team that resembles a family, caring and uplifting one another while creating something special. Focusing compassionately on our members, developing inspirational food and serving our guests.

It starts with the dough — handmade each morning using only organic ingredients, time, and care.

We offer two styles, both crafted with tradition and intention:

🍕 Our sourdough thin crust is made with a 10-year-old wild yeast starter — our beloved Mother Dough. With a 72-hour cold ferment and organic flour blend, this levain-style crust is rich in flavor, gut-friendly, and easier to digest.

🍞 Our Sicilian thick crust is a nod to classic New York pan pizza. Made with organic flour, avocado oil, and a 24-hour ferment, this hand-stretched dough delivers a pillowy, focaccia-like bite with slow-developed flavor.

Hospitality at its core lives an identity of service. A joy to hone skills to produce something with a hope it will be received with joy, respite and filling nourishment. Not only are we honored and encouraged by this task to serve the people at the end of the plate but also to serve each other. Iron sharpening iron. Drawing the best we can out of each other in a way that leaves us with gratitude. Two critical and symbiotic motivations that lies its identity. Service. To each other and our guests. ABOUT WINE WEDNESDAYS @ TWO DOUGHS:
Have you ever thought, I would love to learn about wine and its ability to elevate food? Look no
further !

Two Doughs is introducing Wine Wednesdays with a Sommelier. Owner, Chadwick Corcoran and
dear friend Charles Barragan (former Sommelier of The French Laundry) have curated a
selection of approachable yet sophisticated wines that go fantastic with the Pizza and
food offered at Two Doughs.

Our View: Wine embodies culture and food. Wine Wednesdays offers a way to learn about wine but also its marriage to food, friends and family. You will learn where here the grapes are produced, each wine’s history and of course
enhancing the food everyone loves…Pizza!

The Focus: We aim to select wines from Italy, France and California with a focus on
small production, family owned and sustainable wine growing practices Where we believe the passion
remains in wine production. Bringing that passion to you while telling the story of the wine
producers, learning about each wine, how it can enhance the food and elevate your dining experience.

Who’s Invited: Family, friends, co-workers, community members. Come join! Must be 21 for the wine.

The Vision: To establish a community with Food and Wine and launch the future “St. Charles
