We are a banquet facility that offers drop off catering. We are looking for an applicant that is interested in doing daily food drop off deliveries to various businesses in the surrounding area. Hours vary depending on orders. Someone open to on-call shifts is desired as orders may come through with short notice.

This job requires day time availability.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Must follow dress code.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be at least 18 years old.

PART-TIME LEADING TO FULL-TIME BANQUET EVENT MANAGER

SUBORDINATE POSITIONS: SETUP STAFF, WAITSTAFF

JOB SUMMARY: To deliver food and beverage services throughout the venue both onsite and offsite and maintain exemplary standards.

EVENT MANAGER OBJECTIVES:

To ensure that all events are setup in a timely manner according to event worksheet and as stipulated by client/contact and Management.
To ensure that all equipment and supplies are clean, organized, and in good working order.
To complete all events as per the event worksheet and communicate any changes or last minute additions to all related parties.
To ensure that all food and beverage service is executed according to company and client standards and in a timely manner.
To ensure that all staff adhere to company standards and procedures.
To report feedback from customers and actively make reasonable efforts to address any issues thereby increasing guest experience and satisfaction.
To perform regular audits of department related inventories and develop and maintain par levels of determined goods.
To complete checklists on a regular basis.
Communicate in a timely manner by way of email, telephone, and internal business systems to ensure administrative duties are completed.
Communicate in a timely manner need for repairs and replacement about the facility.
To work as a “team member” by participating in miscellaneous tasks and projects that will occur on occasion and be identified by management.
To ensure that all staff are scheduled in accordance with company guidelines and that all payroll and accounting procedures are followed according to company policies.
To ensure that all equipment and props are stored and maintained in an organized system consistent with company expectations.
To maintain positive relationships with all vendors and maintain company confidentiality.
To ensure overall cleanliness of front of the house and back store areas.
To maintain a satisfactory system for handling, inventorying and returning all special order linen and rental items.
To maintain seasonal décor about the facility
