We loved hanging out with our friends at BankESB during the Incredible "Bands for Brittney" hosted by Brittney’s Believers ! We were so happy to donate our time to this wonderful organization who raise over $38K for childhood cancer research as well as support for local families on their own cancer journey.

We love making magical moments for every child we meet. And with our summer bookings beginning to roll in we would love to share some of our top tips for a perfect character party the year!
✨✨✨
- Overlapping Activities: It can be super fun to have all sorts of activities for your little one's special day! We recommend having separate time slots for each activity you select to book from your vendors. This way children won't have to choose between all the fun things and each entertainer has their own time with the children. Characters won't have any children to participate in activities if they are all in the bounce house.
- Prepare the Space: For the makeover segment, make sure there is a table and chair ready and waiting. When it comes to dancing and games, make sure there is an adequately sized open space for all younger guests to participate. It's no fun to constantly be bumping into the couch or coffee table when you're trying to dance with your favorite princess.
- Follow the Children's Lead: The Something Royal team prides ourselves and following the lead of the birthday child at every party we attend. Even if the birthday child is more on the shy side, we can easily pivot and accommodate. Each party is customized to what the children want, which may involve singing a certain Ice Queen's song multiple times in the same party or playing every game and singing every song possible.
